🤝 Welcome, Queensland Job Seekers!

This board is your dedicated space for Korean job seekers and professionals in Queensland to professionally promote their careers, talents, and portfolios and build essential networks. To maintain a safe and trustworthy community, please carefully read and adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Posting Scope and Content Restrictions

This board is strictly reserved for 'job seekers to promote themselves' and should not be used for posting job vacancies or general hiring information, which are prohibited. We may delete posts containing information related to Australian states other than Queensland (QLD) without notice. Furthermore, any posts that are irrelevant to the board’s nature, or that contain personal or business slander, abusive language, or defamation are strictly prohibited and will result in deletion without notice, and potential ID or IP blocking.

2. Commercial Promotion and Advertising Regulation

Commercial advertisements for profit by individuals or businesses, not for the purpose of seeking employment, are not permitted and will be deleted without notice. Such commercial advertising must utilize the webzine's paid advertising channels.

3. Warnings Against Fraud and Illegal Activities

To prevent fraud and ensure compliance with Australian law, please pay close attention to the following:

  • Illegal Second Visas: The sale and purchase of Working Holiday Second Visa forms are illegal under Australian immigration law and may result in penalties and a three-year re-entry ban to Australia.
  • Farm Placement Scams: Be highly cautious of farm placement advertisements that request upfront payments for accommodation or placement fees, as these are likely fraudulent. If you are a victim of such a scam, please contact the Queensland Police Asian Squad at 07 3364 6200 or via email at asu@police.qld.gov.au.
  • Currency Exchange Fraud: Be aware of currency exchange scams, often involving dishonoured cheques. Exercise caution when conducting private money exchange transactions.
  • Illegal Item Sales: Posts related to the sale or purchase of alcohol, tobacco, or duty-free goods violate Australian Customs law and should be avoided.
  • Unlawful Sex Work: In Queensland, sex work is only legally permitted for sole operators or within licensed premises. Activities involving two or more persons in unlicensed locations (e.g., apartments, houses) are illegal, and all involved parties will face legal consequences. Advertisements related to sex work will be deleted without notice.

If you experience issues with employment conditions, wages, or require legal advice regarding employment disputes, please utilize the following resources:
