  • Company Information: All employers must clearly provide the Company Name, Physical Address, Contact Phone Number, and E-mail Address.
  • No Anonymous Ads: Job ads requesting resumes solely via an E-mail address without any accompanying company details will be deleted without notice. This measure is essential for the safety and verification of our job seekers.
  • Clarity of Terms: Clearly outline the job description, working hours, salary/wage conditions, and visa sponsorship availability so candidates can make informed decisions.

 

2. Posting Scope and Content Restrictions

 

  • Recruitment Purpose Only: This board must be used strictly for the purpose of recruiting staff. Posts for job seekers promoting themselves or commercial advertisements for private businesses are prohibited and may be deleted. Commercial ads must utilize our paid advertising channels.
  • QLD Focus: In alignment with our platform's focus, job information relevant to states other than Queensland (QLD) may be deleted without notice.
  • No Slander/Abuse: Posts containing slander, defamation, or abusive language targeting individuals or businesses are strictly prohibited and will lead to post deletion and potential ID/IP blocking.

 

3. Legal Compliance and Applicant Safety (Employer Responsibility)

 

  • TFN Request Timing: Employers are prohibited from requesting a job applicant's TAX File Number (TFN) before the employment offer is finalized and accepted.
  • Prohibition of Illegal Activity:
    • Advertisements related to unlawful sex work will be deleted immediately and may be reported to the Queensland Police.
    • Any advertising or solicitation related to the illegal sale or purchase of Second Visa forms is strictly prohibited under Australian immigration law.
